Cancellation policy

How it works
Choose a delivery every 1, 2 or 3 months. Every subscription order is 10% off the one-time price and ships free. Your first order is charged at checkout and ships straight away. Each renewal is charged on its renewal date to the payment method you used at checkout, then shipped.

Cancelling
There is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time before your next renewal date.

Managing your subscription
Log in to your account and choose Manage subscription. From there you can skip a delivery, change your frequency, update your address or payment details, or cancel. Changes made before a renewal date apply to that renewal. Cancelling stops all future charges; an order that has already been charged will still ship. If you have any trouble, email info@himapure.com and we'll make the change for you.

Price changes
If the price of your subscription changes, we'll email you at least 14 days before the new price applies, so you can cancel first if you choose.
