Where we ship
We ship to Australia and the United States.

Where your order ships from
Your honey ships from inside your own country. Australian orders are packed and sent by our fulfilment partner in Ormeau, Queensland. US orders are packed and sent by our fulfilment partner in Moreno Valley, California. Your order never crosses a border on the way to you, so there are no customs duties, import fees or customs delays.

- Free standard shipping on orders of A$75 or more

- Subscription orders: always free

United States
- Standard shipping: US$11
- Free standard shipping on orders of US$70 or more
- Subscription orders: always free

Tracking
We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Packaging
Every tub is extra-sealed and shipped in a sturdy box designed to stop leaks and breakages in transit.

Address errors
Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email info@himapure.com before your order is dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can resend it for the cost of shipping.

Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, email info@himapure.com. We'll investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or refund you if your parcel is lost.

Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, email info@himapure.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you. You won't need to send anything back.
